Become a Patient

Becoming a patient at the CDHC is easy. We accept Denti-Cal, Public Private Partnership Program (PPP), Expanded Access to Primary Care (EAPC), and other government assisted dental insurances. 

For low-income families without insurance, we have a sliding scale fee payment program. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Our staff of professionals are here to provide your children with quality dental care.

We are uniquely hospital based, and are one of the only clinics providing treatment under IV Sedation for special needs patients, or for those who are very young or have medical considerations. Additionally, our all inclusive services give our patients the benefit of dental care under one-roof.
