Give Cash.     
Writing a check or using your credit card is the simplest ways to give.  You can deduct a cash gift for income tax purposes in the year in which you contribute it.  Print a donation form, or give online now.

Give Stocks/Securities.
You can contribute appreciated securities to CDHC, such as stocks, bonds or mutual funds.  You may receive a deduction based on the full present fair market value, and you may avoid the capital gains tax you would have owed had you sold the assets.  Please consult your tax advisor for more information.  Please call Barbara Lieberman-Jones, Development Director at 562.933.0602
