Volunteer

We currently have more than 100 volunteers, which include 13 volunteer dentists.  Including nine pediatric dentists donating their time to the IV Sedation Program--among whom 3 are dental anesthesiologists.

The CDHC has more than 80 volunteers from such service groups as the National Charity League and The Poly “S” Club (Soroptimist) where members assist with CDHC mailings and various projects at the Education Center. They volunteer at our events with set up and registration, and put together oral health goody bags for our patients. Additionally, volunteers from the 32/32 Club host fundraisers for the CDHC.

We are proud of the volunteerism exemplified at our Clinic. Our Oral Health Ambassadors (OHAs) are trained at the Oral Health Education Center and are key to providing outreach and oral health education to our community’s underserved children and families.
